Biography
I am an assistant professor in Auburn University’s Department of Chemical Engineering where I teach the introduction to chemical engineering course (mass and energy balances) to sophomores. I received my bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Clarkson University and my Ph.D in Chemical and Materials Engineering from Princeton University. I joined the faculty at Auburn after a postdoctoral fellowship at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. My research group is focused on understanding the fundamental relationships between polymer chemistry, physics, architecture, and the resulting material properties towards elucidating design principles for the design of tailored polymeric materials.
