Biography
Erica Dawson is Director of Leadership Programs in Cornell University’s College of Engineering. She has taught leadership to wildly diverse populations including scientists at a multi-national pharmaceutical in Europe, Tibetan monks in India, and executives worldwide. In 2010 Erica co-founded The Program on Organizational Ethics at MIT’s Dalai Lama Center for Ethics and Transformative Values. Previously she was Assistant Professor of Management at the Yale School of Management, where she taught her popular leadership and negotiation courses to executive and MBA students for 9 years. Erica holds a PhD in Social Psychology from Cornell University (2004).
