Alexandros Taflanidis is an Associate Professor at the Department of Civil & Environmental Engineering & Earth Sciences and Faculty Fellow of the Kellogg Institute for International Studies at the University of Notre Dame. He received his diploma (2002) and M.Sc (2003) in Civil Engineering from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, and his PhD (2008) in Civil Engineering from Caltech.
