Biography
Casey Ankeny is a lecturer in Biomedical Engineering (BME) in the School of Biological and Health Systems Engineering at Arizona State University. She earned her B.S. in BME from the University of Virginia and received her PhD from Georgia Tech and Emory University in BME. Further, she completed post-doctoral fellowships in BME at Emory University and engineering education at Arizona State University. Her research interests include cyber-based engagement strategies in flipped and traditional courses. She aspires to understand and improve student attitude, achievement, and persistence.
