Biography
Lisa G. Huettel is a Professor of the Practice in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Duke University, where she also serves as the Associate Chair and the Director of Undergraduate Studies for the ECE department. She received her Ph.D. and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering from Duke University, and a BS degree in Engineering Science from Harvard University. She is actively engaged in engineering education research and has received funding from the National Science Foundation, as well as industry partners, to pursue research and curriculum development in the areas of signal processing, ECE curriculum redesign, interactive learning, contextual learning and student motivation.
