The Polytechnic School in the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University seeks to hire a postdoctoral researcher to join a foundation-supported project on a mixed methods study to cultivate, characterize, implement and measure the development of an entrepreneurial mindset among engineering faculty and students. Applicants should have 1) PhD in Engineering Education, Engineering, Education, or a closely related social science field, and 2) Qualitative and quantitative educational research expertise. Desired Qualifications include: experience with research on entrepreneurial thinking and engineering education; experience with survey instrument design, development, testing, and validation; experience writing and publishing in peer-reviewed journals; ability to work on collaborative teams across multiple disciplines; ability to communicate effectively.
